This wine has a white and delicate foam remaining in a generous and living ribbon of bubbles. The light and fresh colour blends shades of lemon and salmon-coloured yellow.

Its bright colour is perfect and gives Champagne an aerial appearance. Fresh fruit flavours (apple) mix with slightly acid notes of citrus fruit (pomelo) and rural scents of dried hay with a mentholated touch.

The first taste impression is bright and light with a crunchy fruit note (aple, plum) that develops and takes hold of the palate. The taste ends with a very light bitterness that reminds pomelo note.
