The generous and light foam has a small pink shade when the wine is poured into the glass. It disappears slowly to make way for a delicate and regular ribbon of light bubbles dropping from the surface.

The colour is a blend of pink and light orange shade with lightly copper glints. The small red fruit aromas express whereas wild strawberry notes stand out associated with redcurrant and morello cherry that give Champagne maturity.

There are also fruit stone flavours associated with vanilla biscuits. The small red fruits are crunchy” in the mouth whereas just a little touch of honey-sweet biscuit (gingerbread) express to end on a lemony note that adds a personal touch to the wine.
